Required Skills and Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Scrum Knowledge: Basic understanding of Scrum methodology and Agile principles.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with business analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools like Jira or Trello.

Experience

• Freshers Welcome: No prior professional experience required, though internships or project work related to business analysis or Scrum will be advantageous.

Working Hours

• Full-Time Position: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime as needed.
