Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with Amazon business goals and operational needs.
• Oversee and manage end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution.
• Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Analyze supply chain performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including procurement, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and efficiency across the supply chain.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and logistics partners, ensuring service levels and quality standards are met.
• Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive improvements in supply chain processes.
• Address and resolve supply chain disruptions and issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal impact on operations.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices, incorporating relevant innovations into supply chain strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA or Master) is preferred.
• Proven experience (7+ years) in supply chain management or a related field, with a strong background in logistics, inventory management, and procurement.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDA).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.

Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain management, with a track record of successful project management and process improvement.
• Experience in a senior management role, demonstrating leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
• Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment is preferred.

Working Hours:

• Full-time position, with standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Flexibility may be required based on business needs.
