  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries and resolutions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and their expectations have been met.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve service delivery.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products, services, and company policies.
  • Handle customer feedback and provide suggestions for improving our processes and services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor degree preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and tools.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information and transactions.
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer support software is a plus.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position.
  • Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility required based on business needs.
