Key Responsibilities:

- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries and resolutions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and their expectations have been met.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve service delivery.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products, services, and company policies.
- Handle customer feedback and provide suggestions for improving our processes and services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and tools.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information and transactions.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not required.
- Experience with CRM systems and customer support software is a plus.
Working Hours:
- Full-time position.
- Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility required based on business needs.
