We are seeking a diligent and dependable Night Janitor to join our team at HR Service Jobs. This part-time role is crucial in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our facilities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of working independently, and committed to providing a clean and safe environment for all employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of floors.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchen areas, and common spaces.
• Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste.
• Refill supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a janitor or in a similar role.
• Ability to handle cleaning equipment and machinery.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good physical condition and strength to handle the physical demands of the job.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a janitorial or cleaning role.
• Experience in a corporate or office environment is a plus.

Working Hours:

• Part-time position with working hours from 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday to Friday.
• Flexibility to work additional hours as needed.

• Knowledge of safe handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
