HR Service Jobs is seeking a dedicated and reliable Overnight Janitor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in our facilities during the overnight shift. This role is crucial to ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners.
• Restock supplies in restrooms and break rooms.
• Clean and maintain the exterior of the building, including sidewalks and parking areas.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous janitorial or custodial experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects.

Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Experience working in large facilities or commercial buildings is a plus.

Working Hours:

• Full-time, overnight shift from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
• May include weekends and holidays as required.

• Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and efficiently.
