Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position with standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Flexibility to accommodate occasional overtime or extended hours as required.

  • Comprehensive understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
