Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly websites and web applications that align with client needs and industry best practices.
• Create engaging graphic designs for various digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email newsletters, and online advertisements.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
• Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design projects and ensure alignment with client branding guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance design quality and innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and web design tools like Sketch or Figma.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for web design and development.
• Experience with responsive design principles and mobile-first design strategies.
• Ability to create and implement user-centered design principles, including usability and accessibility.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts and ideas clearly to clients and team members.
• Strong attention to detail, with a passion for producing high-quality work that meets or exceeds client expectations.

Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in web and graphic design.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and developing websites and digital marketing materials.

Working Hours
