HK Consultancy is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Executive Fresher to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize company documentation, both physical and digital
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Provide general support to visitors and respond to inquiries
- Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
