• Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM systems.
• A quiet and distraction-free workspace at home.

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a BPO environment.
• Experience in handling voice processes and customer interactions.
• Familiarity with call center technology and practices.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours with shifts available during the day, evening, and weekends.
• Full-time and part-time positions available.
• Must be able to commit to a consistent schedule.
