We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team at Flipkart. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving inquiries, and providing exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction. As a key part of our customer support team, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
  • Resolve customer complaints, issues, and inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Provide detailed information about products, services, and order status.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and company procedures.
  • Assist in training new team members as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor degree is a plus.
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Patience and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Experience in e-commerce or retail industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position with flexible working hours.
