Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote our services.
• Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and client interactions in our CRM system.
• Follow up with leads and manage client relationships to drive business growth.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on telecalling activities and outcomes.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Ability to engage and persuade clients over the phone.
• Basic proficiency in using computers and CRM software.
• Good listening skills and the ability to handle objections professionally.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a strong desire to learn and grow in a telecalling role.

Experience

• Freshers are encouraged to apply; no prior experience required.
• Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.

Working Hours

• Full-time position with working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
