HK Consultancy is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Telecalling Executives to join our dynamic team. As a Telecalling Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing information about our services, and generating leads. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote HK Consultancy services.
• Handle inbound calls, providing accurate information and addressing client inquiries.
• Maintain and update client information in the database.
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
• Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions or services.
• Prepare and submit reports on call activity and results.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant voice.
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
• Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
• Proficiency in English and basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Good listening skills and attention to detail.

Experience:

• No prior experience required. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in a telecalling or customer service role is a plus but not mandatory.

Working Hours:

• Full-time position.
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Occasional extended hours may be required based on business needs.
