Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Management: Oversee and manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure components, including servers, storage, networks, and virtualization platforms.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and implement improvements to ensure optimal efficiency and reliability of IT services.
• Incident Management: Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues promptly, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors as necessary.
• Security Compliance: Ensure adherence to security policies and best practices, implementing necessary measures to protect IT assets from vulnerabilities and threats.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with project teams to support infrastructure-related initiatives, including upgrades, migrations, and new deployments.
