We are seeking an innovative and strategic Head of Product - HR Services to join HK Consultancy. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of our HR service products, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients and align with market trends. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering, to drive product vision and strategy, ultimately enhancing our competitive edge in the HR services sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for our HR services, including product roadmap, positioning, and market differentiation.
• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Utilize insights to inform product development and improvements.
• Product Development: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, launch, and ongoing management. Ensure products are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of product managers and developers. Foster a collaborative and innovative environment, encouraging continuous learning and development.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, customer support, and engineering, to ensure alignment and effective product delivery.
• Client Engagement: Engage with key clients to gather feedback, understand their needs, and ensure our products provide exceptional value and meet their expectations.
• Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive product improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field. A Master degree is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the HR services industry.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of HR technologies and software development processes. Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams. Excellent mentoring and coaching skills.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to drive product decisions.

Working Hours

• Full-time position.
