We are seeking an innovative and strategic Head of Product - HR Services to join HK Consultancy. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of our HR service products, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients and align with market trends. Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field. A Master degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the HR services industry.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of HR technologies and software development processes. Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams. Excellent mentoring and coaching skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to drive product decisions.
