HK Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Program Manager to oversee our HR Mentoring Program on a freelance basis. This role involves designing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive mentoring program aimed at developing talent within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic mentoring program aligned with organizational goals.
• Recruit, train, and pair mentors and mentees based on their skills, career goals, and developmental needs.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness through regular feedback and metrics analysis.
