As the Junior HR Operations Manager at HK Consultancy, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our human resources department across Belgium and Luxembourg. You will assist in overseeing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies while contributing to the development and implementation of HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives for employees.
• Manage employee records and HR databases.
• Support payroll administration and benefits enrollment processes.
• Assist in resolving employee inquiries and issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in HR operations or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations in Belgium and Luxembourg.
• Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Experience:
