We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes at HK Consultancy. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing HR strategies and policies, managing employee relations, recruiting and onboarding new hires, administering employee benefits and compensation, and fostering a positive work environment conducive to professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring decision
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
  • Nurture a positive working environment by promoting corporate values and encouraging teamwork
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR executive roles
  • People-oriented and results-driven
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management
  • Experience in hiring is preferred but not mandatory

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related field
