As the Chief Human Capital Officer Advisor at HK Consultancy, you will lead our human resources department, guiding strategic initiatives to optimize our workforce effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals. You will collaborate closely with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that enhance employee engagement, promote a culture of continuous improvement, and drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company overall mission and objectives.
2. Oversee talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
3. Design and implement comprehensive employee development and training programs.
4. Lead performance management processes to ensure fair and effective employee evaluations and goal setting.
5. Manage compensation and benefits programs to maintain competitive positioning in the market.
6. Implement HR policies and procedures that comply with labor regulations and foster a positive work environment.
7. Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion across all levels of the organization.
8. Oversee employee relations initiatives and resolve complex HR issues in a timely and confidential manner.
9. Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast HR needs and align human capital strategies with business objectives.
10. Monitor and report on HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HR leader or in a senior HR management role, preferably in a consultancy or professional services environment.
• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, best practices, and current regulations.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master degree preferred.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
