HK Consultancy is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Virtual Data Entry Operator to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and update data into the company database
• Verify and correct data where necessary
• Maintain and manage records of data entry tasks and activities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data entry software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Experience:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry or related field
