HK Consultancy is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a passion for helping clients, and a keen eye for detail. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing timely and effective support to ensure their needs are met and their issues resolved promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position with standard working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday.
