HK Consultancy is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between our technical development team and our business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop detailed business and technical specifications, including user stories, process flows, and system interfaces.
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses to support project decision-making.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure a common understanding of project goals and deliverables.
• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of business solutions, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the solutions against business requirements.
• Provide ongoing support and training to business users on new systems and processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technical or consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, including process modeling and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
• Knowledge of SQL and experience with database management systems is a plus.
• Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) is preferred.

Experience:

• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Working Hours:

• Full-time position.
• Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
• Flexibility to work outside regular hours as needed for project deadlines and meetings with global teams.
