Position: Part-Time Store Associate

Job Summary:As a Part-Time Store Associate at HK Consultancy, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth store operations and delivering excellent customer service. You will assist customers, process transactions, maintain a tidy and welcoming environment, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner
• Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
• Ensure shelves are stocked and organized
• Uphold cleanliness standards throughout the store
• Answer customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven customer service experience in a retail environment preferred
