Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Technology Services Group (TSG) team in the design, deployment, and management of IT infrastructure and services.

• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management or a similar role, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
• Extensive experience with IT infrastructure, systems administration, and cloud technologies.
• Proven track record of leading and managing technology teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP are highly desirable.

Experience

• Significant experience in leading IT operations within large, complex organizations.
• Hands-on experience with network administration, system security, and data center management.
• Proven experience in strategic planning and execution within a technology services context.
• Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus.

Working Hours

• Full-time position.
• Standard working hours with flexibility required for occasional after-hours support or on-call duties.
