Northwell Health is seeking an experienced Men Health Urology Physician to join our dynamic team in Staten Island, NY. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional urological care focused on men health issues, including prostate health, urinary health, and sexual health. Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat male patients with urological disorders.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including reviewing medical histories and performing physical examinations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and evidence-based practices.
• Perform and interpret diagnostic tests such as prostate-specific antigen (PSA) tests, cystoscopies, and ultrasounds.
• Provide surgical and non-surgical treatment options for urological conditions.
• Educate patients on preventive health practices and lifestyle modifications to improve urological health.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including primary care physicians, oncologists, and physical therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in urology and participate in continuing medical education (CME) activities.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in Urology.
• Valid medical license to practice in the state of New York.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in urology, with a focus on men health preferred.
• Proficient in performing urological surgeries and procedures.
• Excellent diagnostic and clinical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of clinical experience in urology, specifically focusing on men health.
• Demonstrated experience in performing both surgical and non-surgical urological procedures.
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting is highly desirable.

Working Hours:

• Full-time position.
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Occasional on-call duties and weekends as required.
