HK Consultancy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is essential in providing high-quality personal care services to our clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. The ideal candidate will be patient, empathetic, and committed to making a positive impact in the lives of those they assist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care services including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist clients with mobility and physical therapies.
• Ensure clients comfort and safety at all times.
• Monitor and report any changes in clients health status.
• Offer companionship and support to clients, fostering a positive and nurturing environment.
• Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and clients progress.
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare providers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification in personal care or a related field.
• Previous experience in a personal care or similar role is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Basic knowledge of healthcare practices and medical terminology.
• Ability to lift and move clients as necessary.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal care or a related field.

Working Hours:

• Part-time position.
• Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
