Position: Retail Sales Associate (Part-Time)

Job Summary:As a Retail Sales Associate at HK Consultancy, you will be an integral part of our retail team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring efficient store operations. This part-time position offers an opportunity to engage with customers, promote products, and contribute to the overall success of our retail initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers as they shop in our retail store.
• Maintain a neat and organized sales floor, ensuring shelves are stocked and products are well-displayed.
• Operate the cash register and process customer payments accurately.
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products and pricing.
• Actively promote special offers and discounts to customers.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a retail or customer service position is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Experience:Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous.

Working Hours:This is a part-time position, with approximately 20-25 hours per week. Flexibility in scheduling is required to accommodate peak business hours.
