Position: Part Time Program Manager

Job Summary:

As the Part Time Program Manager at HK Consultancy, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating various programs and projects. You will ensure that programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while meeting the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate multiple programs simultaneously, ensuring all aspects of each program align with organizational goals and client expectations.
• Develop and maintain detailed program plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and deliverables.
• Monitor program performance and progress, identifying and addressing issues promptly to ensure successful outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive program objectives and resolve conflicts as they arise.
• Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for management and clients, highlighting achievements, risks, and recommendations for improvement.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the program management framework.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role, managing complex projects or programs from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or project management roles, preferably in a consultancy or similar environment.

Working Hours:

• This is a part-time position, requiring approximately 20-25 hours per week. Flexible scheduling may be available.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana).
• Strategic thinker with the ability to foresee potential challenges and proactively implement solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
