As a Field Service Technician at The Home Depot, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our equipment and facilities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Document all work performed and maintain accurate records of service calls and maintenance schedules.
  • Collaborate with store and distribution center associates to provide technical support and training as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a field service technician or in a similar role.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver license and clean driving record.

Experience:Previous experience in equipment maintenance or a related field is required, preferably in a retail or distribution environment.
