Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights that drive business decisions.
• Create visualizations and reports to communicate complex data findings clearly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver analytics solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience (4 years) as a Business Intelligence Engineer, Data Engineer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other programming languages used for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with data warehousing, ETL development, and data modeling concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience presenting complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience:

• 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Solid understanding of statistical methods and data analysis techniques.
• Familiarity with AWS services (Redshift, S3, EC2) or other cloud-based data solutions is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment while managing multiple priorities.
