Job Summary

As a Senior Subject Matter Expert (Sr. SME) within the Retail Business Services (RBS) team at Amazon, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and innovation across our retail business units. Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Master degree preferred.
• Proven experience (X+ years) in retail operations, management consulting, or a similar role with demonstrated expertise in driving operational efficiency.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in retail operations, management consulting, or related fields.

Working Hours

• This is a full-time position, typically requiring 40 hours per week. However, flexibility may be required based on business needs.
