Job Summary:As an HR Associate at HK Consultancy, you will play a key role in supporting our HR department in various administrative functions and HR initiatives. This is a remote position ideal for a recent graduate or entry-level professional looking to kick-start their career in human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including paperwork and orientation sessions.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support HR projects such as employee engagement initiatives, performance management, and training programs.
  • Handle general HR inquiries and provide timely responses to employees.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
