Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic HR Executive to join our team on a remote basis. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing and supporting HR activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Administer employee lifecycle processes such as performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
  • Coordinate and conduct training sessions for employees on various HR topics and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as required.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee queries and provide HR-related guidance and support.
  • Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Executive, HR Administrator, or similar role.
  • Solid understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Proficient in HRIS and MS Office; familiarity with HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in HR roles.
