Position Title:Human Resources Assistant

Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Assistant to join our dynamic team. The HR Assistant will support daily HR activities and assist in coordinating HR policies, processes, and relevant documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes such as job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases (e.g., new hires, terminations, leaves of absence).
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Support in administering employee benefits, including health insurance and retirement plans.
  • Assist in organizing HR projects and initiatives (e.g., employee engagement surveys, training programs).
  • Handle inquiries from employees and external partners and provide necessary HR-related information.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Assistant or relevant HR administrative role.
  • Sound knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience:Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the human resources field.

Working Hours:This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility required to meet business needs.
