HK Consultancy is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. The HRBP will play a critical role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in HR best practices, capable of driving change and fostering a positive work environment. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a deep understanding of various HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure we attract, hire, and retain the best employees.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager.
  • Excellent people management skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand operational issues in the context of the company strategic priorities.
  • Thorough knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources or related field.
  • Experience working in a consultancy or professional services environment is preferred.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position, typically 40 hours per week.
  • Flexibility to work outside standard business hours as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex employee relations issues.
