Position Title: Planning Staff (Fresh Graduates)

Job Summary:As a Planning Staff member at HK Consultancy, you will play a pivotal role in our operations by supporting key departments with profitability analysis, marketing planning, and public relations tasks. This role is ideal for fresh graduates eager to apply their academic knowledge in a practical, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Profitability Analysis Tasks:

• Gather and consolidate financial data from all departments to prepare comprehensive corporate-level reports on sales, profits, and losses.
• Conduct detailed cost and profit analyses for each product within the company portfolio.
• Perform operational feasibility studies including macroeconomic modeling, Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Present Value (NPV), and Payback Period Analysis.

Marketing Planning Tasks:

• Analyze market conditions, supply and demand dynamics, brand positioning, and market size to enhance market share and profitability.
• Coordinate sales-rolling forecasts aligned with production schedules and monitor inventory levels to optimize material availability for timely deliveries.
• Manage and oversee logistic contracts with third-party providers for domestic and export shipments.

Public Relations Tasks:

• Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities, risks, and emerging issues relevant to the organization.
• Assist in the formulation of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategies and crisis management protocols.
• Engage in public relations activities and maintain relationships with stakeholders including shareholders, government bodies, NGOs, local communities, competitors, and partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience:

• Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates. Prior internship experience in consulting, finance, or related fields is advantageous but not required.

Working Hours:

• Full-time position based on a standard 40-hour work week. Occasional overtime may be required based on project needs.
