HK Consultancy is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Human Resources Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to drive informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, HR metrics, and reporting methodologies, coupled with a deep understanding of human resources processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collecting HR data from various sources such as HRIS, payroll, surveys, etc.
  • Analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
  • Creating reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to HR leadership.
  • Developing and maintaining HR metrics, dashboards, and other tools for data visualization.
  • Collaborating with HR teams to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
  • Conducting ad-hoc analysis and data mining projects as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in HR analytics.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python, SPSS) and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, metrics, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a human resources context.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy and precision in data analysis.
