As the Finance Business Partner for HK Consultancy in Indonesia, you will play a crucial role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making across our operations in the region. You will collaborate closely with various business units to provide insightful financial analysis, planning, and reporting that supports our growth objectives and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior management and business leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Lead financial planning and forecasting processes for the Indonesia operations.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track financial health and performance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analysis.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to optimize business profitability and cost management.
• Support decision-making processes through financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and reporting requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master degree preferred).
• Proven experience (X years) as a Finance Business Partner or similar role in a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial management software.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Experience:
