We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to assist our real estate team remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, managing communications, and providing exceptional support to ensure efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and reservations for real estate agents and clients.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and inquiries.
  • Assist in preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Conduct market research and assist in the preparation of marketing materials.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant or relevant administrative role.
