We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team for night shift operations. As a Virtual Assistant at HK Consultancy, you will provide crucial support to our consultants and clients during non-standard business hours, ensuring seamless operations and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication: Manage email correspondence, schedule appointments, and respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Administrative Support: Assist consultants with document preparation, data entry, and report generation.
  • Research Tasks: Conduct online research, gather data, and prepare summaries as required.
  • Project Coordination: Support project managers in organizing tasks, tracking progress, and maintaining documentation.
  • Virtual Office Management: Maintain virtual office systems, including file organization, cloud storage management, and software updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a virtual assistant or relevant role.
  • Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Organization: Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
