As the Assistant Human Resources Manager at HK Consultancy, you will play a key role in supporting our HR initiatives and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3 years) in HR roles with exposure to various HR functions.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Experience:
