HK Consultancy is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with a focus on Online Sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building long-term client relationships. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic sales plans, and executing online sales strategies to expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective online sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct online presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop online marketing campaigns that drive sales.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of online sales strategies and digital marketing.

Experience:

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
  • Flexibility to work outside of these hours as needed to meet business requirements.
