This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our front office, delivering exceptional client service, and supporting the administrative functions of the office. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the front office.
  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and employees with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Oversee the scheduling and coordination of appointments and meetings.
  • Ensure the front desk is well-maintained, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate front office staff to ensure high performance.
  • Handle and resolve client inquiries and complaints promptly and courteously.
  • Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations and communication.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage office supplies inventory.
  • Implement and uphold company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a front office or customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a front office or customer service role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position.
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Occasional weekends or evenings may be required based on business needs.
