HK Consultancy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to oversee all financial aspects of our business and drive the company financial strategy and planning. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the financial health of the company by producing accurate financial reports, developing long-term strategies, and providing sound financial advice to upper management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company objectives.
• Manage the preparation of the company budget and financial forecasts.
• Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans.
• Oversee the financial operations of subsidiary companies and foreign operations.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage the finance department, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Conduct risk management by analyzing the organization liabilities and investments.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Provide leadership and direction for all financial planning and analysis activities.
• Present financial reports to the executive team and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) is preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a financial management role.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
• Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g., SAP).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role in a medium to large organization.
• Demonstrated experience in financial planning, analysis, and forecasting.
• Experience with financial reporting and compliance.

Working Hours:

• Full-time position.
• Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required for deadlines and critical meetings.
