HK Consultancy is seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. This role is crucial in attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent for our diverse clientele. The Talent Acquisition Partner will work closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand their needs, develop strategic recruitment plans, and ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process. The ideal candidate is a proactive and innovative recruiter with a strong track record of success in various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for candidate selection.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure a positive candidate experience and smooth onboarding process.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, Recruiter, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a consultancy or diverse industry environment.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting for a wide range of roles and industries.
  • Experience in using data and analytics to drive recruitment strategies.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular hours as needed to meet recruitment deadlines and attend events.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and implement innovative recruitment solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software.
