Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users.
• Monitor and maintain network systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and solutions.
• Participate in IT projects and contribute to the improvement of IT infrastructure.
• Document technical procedures and user guides.
• Perform regular system updates and backups.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles is a plus.

Experience:

• No prior professional experience is required; however, internships or relevant academic projects in IT will be advantageous.

Working Hours:

• Full-time position.
• Standard working hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
• Flexibility to work outside standard hours when necessary.
