Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, body treatments, and other therapeutic services.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Maintain a clean and serene spa environment to enhance the client experience.
• Ensure all spa equipment and treatment rooms are sanitized and maintained according to health and safety standards.
• Stay updated on the latest spa techniques and wellness trends.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.
• Manage scheduling and client appointments efficiently.
• Promote and sell spa products and services to clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma or certification in spa therapy, massage therapy, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high standards of hygiene.

Experience:
