Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring it is presentable and organized.
• Support the sales team in preparing for client meetings and showroom appointments.
• Maintain inventory records and manage sample tracking.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of seasonal showroom displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, answering inquiries and assisting with orders.
• Perform market research and sales analysis to support business strategies.
• Help coordinate events and promotional activities within the showroom.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Fashion, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interest in the fashion industry and wholesale operations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.

Experience:

• Previous internship or work experience in a fashion-related field is preferred but not required.
• Experience in customer service or sales is advantageous.
