Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accuracy in reservations and billing
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure smooth communication
  • Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, including handling of paperwork and administrative tasks
