Job Summary:Thailand Job Consulting is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Hotel Front Office Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations at the front desk, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and upholding the hotel reputation for excellence in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accuracy in reservations and billing
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure smooth communication
• Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, including handling of paperwork and administrative tasks
• Assist in managing room inventory and maximizing occupancy rates
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are clean and ready for guest arrival
• Uphold hotel policies and procedures, including security and safety measures
• Provide support to colleagues as needed and contribute to a positive team environment

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
• Proven experience in a front office or guest service role within the hospitality industry
