Job Summary:We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Hotel Cleanliness Expert to join our team at Madi Paidi Bangkok. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hotel, enhancing guest satisfaction and maintaining the hotel reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping staff.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure adherence to cleanliness standards.
• Implement and monitor cleaning schedules and protocols.
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely reordering and maintenance.
• Address and resolve guest complaints related to cleanliness promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or housekeeping management is a plus.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in housekeeping.
