The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance the brand presence of Melia Pattaya. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and marketing, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
• Lead and manage the sales and marketing team, providing guidance, training, and motivation.
• Identify new market opportunities and create strategies to capture market share.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and SEO.
• Manage relationships with key clients, travel agents, and tour operators.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategies.
• Prepare and manage the department budget, ensuring optimal use of resources.
• Analyze sales and marketing data to measure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
